Does your family have a favorite season? Holiday? Mine does! We love Fall and Halloween! Fall is our season and we do so many activities. We love the fall festivals and everything fall has to bring. I want to share with you my families favorite Fall/Halloween Activities that we enjoy every year. Here are 13 of the Best Spooky & Fun Family Activities.

13 of the Best Spooky & Fun Family Activities

– Make sugar cookies and decorate them
– Visit a Pumpkin Patch
– Carve pumpkins into Jack O’Lanterns
– Go to a Trunk or Treat
– Halloween Party or Play Date
– Visit a Corn Maze
– Go on a Hayride
– Halloween Movie Night
– Halloween Walk or Drive to see Decorations
– Haunted House or Ghost Tour (depending on the age of your kids)
– Make Homemade Costumes
– Have a Halloween Craft Day
– Fall/Nocturnal Walk or Festival to enjoy nature

Visiting a real pumpkin patch and walking through the patch to pick a pumpkin is a memorable experience. It’s so exciting to see all the different pumpkins and to pick it off the vine. This is one of our family favorites.

We went to our first Trunk or Treat and the kids loved the decorated trunks. They can’t wait to go to another one. I loved the creativity of the decorations.

This year will be our first big corn maze. We have gone in smaller ones, but now the kids our older and can’t wait to go in a big one.

Spooky & fun family activities can also be done at home. Making crafts, having a movie night, making cookies, and going to see decorations are all free family fun ideas.

What’s your families favorite spooky and fun activity?
