The Christmas season is coming and it’s time to start thinking about gifts that can kids can make to give as Christmas presents. What can kids make for Christmas?

There are so many cute craft ideas for kids to DIY for Christmas, but it also can be time consuming and take a lot of supplies. These Christmas ornament kits and picture frames are kid friendly and make perfect holiday gifts for mom, dad, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins or anyone else.

My 6 year old could easily do all of these on his own as I did something else to prepare for Christmas. My 4 year old needed some help with a few, but could do most of it independently.

No scissors, no glue, for all of the foam kits. Just have a small container they can put the pieces in that they peel off (they will be everywhere if you don’t). These ornament and picture frame kits are perfect for school parties too. So easy for the kids to do independently and it has all the pieces (easy for you too). I use these type of kids all the time for my kid’s class parties.

The only one that needs extra glue is the snowman flower pot ornament, you have to glue on the felt hat and the ornament hanger. The rest was super easy for the kids to do.

Family members love receiving homemade gifts from the kids and it’s even better if it has a cute picture in it. I know I love hanging picture ornaments on the tree.

I got a variety of styles for the kids to make and choose from. To get started they decided what they wanted to make for each family member. Then I put out one kit at a time for them to use.
