Let’s talk party food today. Who loves going to parties just to check out the food? The dessert table is my favorite. For potlucks usually I like to take easy stuff (like store bought trays), but I have made a new recipe that I will be taking from now on because it’s so delicious and easy! My favorite word for recipes is easy! Here is my easy buffalo chicken dip with blue cheese.

Ingredients for easy buffalo chicken dip with blue cheese and franks hot sauce

Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip with Blue Cheese

This buffalo chicken dip only has 6 ingredients and its a dump and go. Just mix everything together and put it in the oven, can it be any easier? Everyone will think you spent hours on this creamy hot dip, but really only about 5 minutes.

I used Frank’s Hot Sauce because it’s my favorite. I love hot sauce and use it with almost everything from eggs to chicken and salads. In my opinion its the best hot sauce.

Baked Easy buffalo chicken dip with blue cheese

I’m from Buffalo, New York and blue cheese is a must with chicken and hot sauce, no ranch dressing here. I didn’t realize until I moved from there (but I moved back) that everyone didn’t use blue cheese on wings and pizza. What? My husband always teases me I’m from Buffalo and I don’t like buffalo wings. Oh well, but I do love blue cheese and hot sauce. So if you love ranch, just use ranch.

The great thing about this recipe is that you can use whatever hot sauce, dressing or shredded cheese you like. For my dip I did half shredded cheddar and half mozzarella cheese. It was amazing!

What Goes Good with Buffalo Chicken Dip?

Dipping bread into buffalo chicken dip
You might be asking, but what do I eat it with? Well this dip is great for veggies (carrots and celery were so good with it), crackers, bread or tortilla chips. My husband does Keto and this will be perfect for him at a party because it’s keto friendly (as long as you eat it with veggies).
