Christmas brunch is a tradition at our house and the one thing, we always run out of is coffee. Everyone in my family are big coffee drinkers and every year, I think about another option, another way to always have hot coffee. Well this is going to be even better than coffee because this is a peppermint mocha recipe. Yum! It’s my 2nd favorite drink at Starbucks (PSL is #1 for me). A slow cooker peppermint mocha recipe is perfect for Christmas brunch because you put in all the ingredients (check it of course) and enjoy the Christmas festivities.

Let’s Make Slow Cooker Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients for slow cooker peppermint mocha

I wanted to create a recipe that didn’t need any syrups or special ingredients, just items you have in your pantry that you can dump in the crock pot for an amazing drink.

Homemade Peppermint Mocha

Toppings for Peppermint Mocha

Let’s not forget those fun toppings for the peppermint mocha. Whipped cream, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, mint chips, candy canes, marshmallows, sprinkles and crushed candy canes. I’m getting a peppermint mocha craving right now.

Toppings for the peppermint mocha

The toppings will be out in a cute display so everyone can create their own customized peppermint mocha, plus the kids will probably want mouthfuls of whipped cream. I better get extra of that. Let’s talk about the Cabot Cheese Whip Cream! It’s so good! Seriously I’m never buying another whip cream again. It’s so creamy, taste homemade and has the cutest whip cream container.
